All employees of Holiday Stationstores go through comprehensive computer based training at Holiday University before they are allowed access to our family of customers. C.B.T. consists of an Undergraduate Studies program and an Advanced Studies program.

Upon completion of C.B.T., employees are ready to be introduced to our valued customers with the help of a personal trainer.

Assistant Manager/Manager Trainee Training Process

Holiday Stationstores has created a training process of self-study and hands on training for managers that consists of:

Assistant Manager training differs from the Manager training in that assistants are trained by their home store managers at their own pace. Manager trainees are trained on-site by Holiday's certified trainers for 8 to 12 weeks.
